That year in London was a constant dialogue between the city and my camera. Every street, every corner held a story, and I felt compelled to capture it all. Among those moments, one stood apart: witnessing a rap legend on stage, someone whose music had shaped entire chapters of my life. I had devoured Decoded, carried Watch the Throne everywhere, and lost myself in the rhythms of classics like Dead Presidents. That night felt like the soundtrack of a dream unfolding before my eyes.

That afternoon, I made my way toward the subway entrance that would carry me to London’s O2 Arena. Another gray sky loomed overhead, but the air felt charged with something different. I wore my “Brooklyn” shirt like armor and slung my camera over my shoulder, ready to capture it all. I was on my way to witness an event that would carve a before and after into the story of my life.
